I hired a car in Italy and another car user going too fast caught my wing mirror and cracked the glass. Being an honest person i pointed it out when i returned it and was told i would be charged about £40, a lot of money for a small piece of glass. When i received my credit card statement they had taken £130. I sent numerous emails asking why but did not receive a single reply. A company with no service or customer care policy does not deserve to be in business. Do NOT do business with them.
