returned the car in same conditions, with the same fuel and at the time that was fixed in the rental agreement.
4 days later they charged my creditcrad the amount of 215,- €, without any bill or information (either by email, buy postz or by phone). I phoned at the office in budapest and they told me that all 4 (plastic) hubcaps were missing. after I told that it isn´t possible, because I checked the car they promised a call-back. as no call back happend I called second time. also the second time: no call back. so I contacted my cc ompany to refuse the illegal withdrawal (as there exist no bill or authorization to debit my card).
BTW: the price for 4 new original suzuki wheelhubcaps are under 40,- € - but they tried to charge me more than 200,- €
