At check in, they tried to give me the smallest possible car although I didn't book this category. They told, they didn't have an other car and I had to pay an upgrade for near 200 $. As I needed a car, I had to do so, but be aware and use other companies.
At drop off, they didn't find the car in the system. So I had to go to the desk again, but they also didn't find it. That took me at least 30 minutes.
