Booked a car through Carhire3000.com, now rental.com or something of the sort with the car rental company being Thrifty Stansted Airport apparently. First off they are not at Stansted Airport but did not find that out till I got to the airport. Secondly their pick up service never arrived at the bay they said they would and had to end up getting a taxi to pick up the car which was 10-15 minutes from the airport. When I arrived at "Thrifty Stansted Airport" I was then told that if I want to drop off the car at 5am in the morning I would need to pay an extra £40 - RIDICULOUS!! First it was inconveniencing getting to the place then found out not only do I have to pay to pick up the car but I also have to pay to drop it off. On top of that the receptionist was rude, calling me babe - how unprofessional is that?

I wouldn't recommend Thrifty to an enemy much more a fiend. Stay away from them, they'll find some way to get your hard earned cash.
