I tried to rent a van, but I forgot my proof of address, I was there 30 min before and I proposed to go back home to get it, they said it's not needed we have a software that can check it for you. I agreed to be checked but their software did not prove my address although I have to companies and 4 cards registered to that. Then since they've done the check even bringing the proof of address did not work.

I have asked for a refund and they refused it.

So no money, no van and terrible customer service it took me 3 days to get someone on the phone.
