For a start they advertise themselves as a company at Stansted Airport: complete LIE!! They are in a little village outside the airport, so when you arrive you have to wait out in the cold for someone to pick you up (and we were told on the phone that 'it may take a long time as we are busy' !!). This is a trap, they should make clear in their website that they are not in the airport. Then they drive you to their offices that are about 10 mins from airport, but totally OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT! Car was new, so this was ok, but when I took it back they noted a tiny little scratch on one of the rim (impossible to amend, so little and worthless it was) and they carved me 85 pound (for a touching up of the alloy the cost might have been 10-20 pounds) plus an astonishing and without reason admin fee of 27,50 pounds. They are a terrible company, DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM. You think you may save a few pennies, but in the end they rip you off!
