Awful. From arriving and them demanding £300 deposit adittionally to the £150 I had paid. £1500 forced excess on indurance policy available. Tried to sell sand and ash dmage cover (WTF??) and they will try and spetrol station, but that's a complete lie as its half price at the petrol station. giving a dmaged vehicle which I am certain if we'd have not pointed out the damage prior to leaving. Prey on the vunerable, Awful company.
