on my first day in madeira a young kid on a motorbike was passing me on the left side on a no passing lane hit my car nobody was hurt no police was called we reported everything right away to sixt.on check out day nothing was said to me.after returning home i checked my credit card for charges and sixt charged me 244 euros for the damages no explanation nothing.they have no 800 nbr so i called madeira at my own expense had to call two times they told me they decided it was my fault.of course iam the tourist.they were going to e.mail me the statement right away.after a month didnt receive the e.mail and had to call again to get the e.mail.unreal i will never use this co.and will tell everyone i know not to use them.
