We hired a car to collect at Faro airport so we expected to collect the car AT THE AIRPORT. Instead, we were driven 10mins away to a car park. The attendant did not have the decency to take us to the car and show us any scratches, etc. he told me that the tank was full but it was not. Then, they did not tell us that we had to go to a garage 10mins from Lisbon airport to return the car. I contacted the company and they did not have the decency to reply. All in all, a bad experience. We also blame CARHIRE3000 for misleading. They should inform you about these things. When you hire a car at the airport, that is where you expect to collect and return. Never again!!
