Used the Colchester Office (Robertsons) - the booking was quick, easy and free of bureaucracy; collection was friendly, efficient and the office was dealing with several customers at once yet we all felt we were their main focus. The vehicle was very well presented and hand over was quick and functional yet nothing was too much trouble for the staff to explain. I handed the vehicle back in "silent" hours but the paperwork folowed up within 24 hours to confirm all was OK, which was very much appreciated and demonstrated a particular care for customers throughout. They have my full confidence and unequivocal recommendation.
