I have just returned from a short trip to the UK and was very happy with the service of Sixt Rent a Car.
I did quite a bit of research on the internet, looking for a company that was competitively priced and offered a pick-up service from Heathrow (at no extra charge).
Sixt was one of the few that checked all the boxes. I did read some bad reports about certain branches, but cannot fault the branch at Heathrow, keep up the good work.
The only problem I experienced was that I used a third party to hire the car. Due to fight changes and time zone differences, Sixt did not get the latest time of arrival and I had to wait and hour and half before I could collect the car, but that was not the fault of Sixt.
