Get out of Season quick or this might happen to you!
I paid for a 4-day hire of a Hyundai i800 over the Easter weekend (Friday morning - Tuesday morning). The car arrived on time between 10-11am but had a completely flat tyre at the back which had not been noticed by the employee (who carries it on the back of a truck). So I sent the car back on the assurance it would be replaced within 45 minutes. The next car arrived after 1pm so scuppered our plans completely. The manager of Season Cars refused point blank to speak to me about the issue and instead threw the fire down his employee line.
After the hire, I receive a notice from Leicestershire constabulary telling me I drove through a red light which is impossible as I only travelled from London to Norfolk and back. I call Season Cars to inform them of this and tell them there must have been a mix up. I also inform the Leicestershire constabulary but oh so 'premium' Season ignore my call and repeat the mistake. I have now emailed Season for the numberplate of the first car which I sent back (and obviously got driven to Leicester by someone else) so let's see if they even bother to reply.
Hugely incompetent staff, spineless managers, disorganised administration systems and no mechanical checks on their cars before they are hired. Watch out and beware!!!!
