After Careful consideration, me and my wife had decided to hire a vehicle from season car hire, we narrowed our search down from 7 different companies and finally we were provided with the best deal from season cars.
we requested to have our vehicle delivered to London Heathrow, the option we agreed to go ahead with was a range rover Sports. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle was not the agreed vehicle we had ordered, my wife also requested for 2 child seats, which also were not provided but yet paid for..............
The driver delivered a Range Rover Vogue, Filthy and along with bold tires. we had no choice but to accept it, however 24 hours later on route to birmingham we experience a flat tire, so we called season car hire head office in essex and spoke to the director, his response was its our responsibility so we had a budget tire replaced although the one that went flat was totally bold.
finally upon return of the vehicle we had issues, he driver arrived over an hour late to collect the vehicle, then we had received an email from season cars stating that they will charge our credit card 465.00 for the tire we had already replaced. Total disgrace.
