“Avoid like the plague!”

I booked route masters for hire for a Christmas party. I've never experienced such poor customer service, the main point of contact darren was so rude to deal with on the phone, I've never argued with a supplier before and we had numerous heated debates. I also was forced to upgrade to a larger bus and pay an extra £225 when my client wanted to move the pick up time by 10minutes. “Worst customer service. They were rude and horrible....”

We hired this company for our wedding day to pick up 24 people. The guy who handled my case forced me to pay £75 extra for changing the time 15mins earlier. Through out the whole process there was no confirmation, very lazy service and he was the most rude and patronising person to deal with throughout. On the day of the wedding. The bus was 15mins late. Avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs. We hired them for our wedding day to transport 70 guests from the church in central London to the reception venue 1 mile away. They parked the bus at the other of the street to where the church was, they then got lost on the way to the reception venue and ended up stopping and telling everyone to get off 3 streets away from the venue forcing our guests to walk the remaining distance. hi all my fellow review guys! would just like to say i called to book a bus with the above mentioned so called company this week and ended up speaking to the most horrible man ive ever spoken toO in my 47 years of being on this planet! where do i start... RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, SHORT TEMPERED and basically wouldnt let me get in a word in the 'QUOTE'.
