This company needs shutting down. Their service is dreadful. They let us down an hour before our wedding. We paid for the bus for almost four hours and they got a replacement bus for the last part of the journey, with us less than 45 minutes. When we complained they don't do anything! They are rude, disorganised and usless. The owner of the company is a discrace to say the least. These people should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Take them to court for the money you've lost on this booking. That's what I'm doing and it's actually quite easy to do. Go to moneyclaim.gov.uk. You dont need a solicitor and the fee is reasonable. If you win they will have to pay the fee anyway. This company is ripping everyone off and they shouldn't get away with it.
