Very poor customer service, I would recommend to avoid routemasters at all cost!
The bus was late, no apologies, we, customers, had to modify all our plans to cope with the lack of competence from the bus hire company.
No concession from the company, we had to argue to be 'allowed' to go on with the route planned. The manager we talked to was rude, threatened to just leave us stranded if we did not change our attitude.
Is that a way to treat a client when you are clearly in fault?
What happened to 'the client is king'?
I understand that you can't control everything, but it might be worth trying to at least offer alternatives.
If you work in a service company, you have to learn to deal with customers and accept that they are not entirely satisfied if you cannot offer what you promised.
If you're rude, don't be surprised if the customers are rude in return and write bad reviews.
All you get from it is that we won't use this company any more, and will discourage everyone we know to avoid it.
When really, all we wanted is to feel like our comments were taken into account for constructive improvements...
