Very happy with Rhinocar have used them on numerous occasions for car hire in Portugal.However my last visit to Faro in May 2012 was spoiled by the hidden expensive fuel costs applied by Hire4less aka Guerin at Faro airport.
Having booked a car for 126 euros I was then charged 100 euros for a full tank of fuel at an extortionate rate.As I only used a quarter tank on local trips around Tavira the car was returned to Guerin with three quarters of a tank remaining.I would be interested to know how much the following renter was charged for his fuel,I would be surprised if it was anything less than 100 euros.Rhinocar should flag all cars that are supplied with an expensive full tank to avoid confusion at the airport.
Advice. If you hire a car through Rhino check the fuel conditions before you book.Always ensure you are booking a car that requires filling on return.
