I used Rentalcars.com as they stated "we will never advise you AFTER booking of any further costs, all costs shown before booking". The following day I received an email (That I could NOT reply to) advising me of a $500 one way drop off fee. I had compared all the sites before I made the booking, so was aware that the one way fee does exist, however checking and rechecking of Rentalcars.com showed no further costs. UNTIL the next day. Sneaky and misleading.

I ended up finding an email address that didn't bounce back to me, but received no reply or contact from Rentalcars. Poor poor service.

Alamo on the other hand, delivered the goods professionally and satisfactorily, book direct through them
