Completion of paperwork & pickup of the vehicle in less than 20 minutes, they even brought the vehicle to the door because of the bad weather. Upgrade free of charge & no hard sell with the extras. Friendly, efficient staff. Great vehicle in pristine condition. Wasn't aware that the rental was limited mileage.
