I used RentalCars.com to setup a rental in Australia. They charged my card $972 AUD and only paid the rental company (Bargain Rental) $710 AUD. I guess they feel they are worth $262 AUD just for booking the car. Next time go directly to the rental company and save some $$$. This is a Class A rip-off and when I asked for an explanation, after three weeks I am still waiting. I am going to see if my credit card will refund the difference.
