Great car. Good customer service.

My experience was good quite good.

My friend booked online in Germany. We wanted the smallest car possible with GPS. When booking it seemed that we were able to select a compact car and select GPS as an option.

When picking up it turned out we had to rent two classes up to have a GPS. It was only 15 euros more a day. The customer service representative was very pleasant, getting us a car that had just been returned so we could depart promptly. He spoke english making sorting matters out painless.

Outside the GPS issue the only other slight complaint is the lack of sub or compact cars with an automatic transmission. While I have driven manual transmission cars for years I would have been much more comfortable and enjoyed driving through the mountains in an automatic so I could have spent a little more time enjoying the view.

The customer service was very good, the car was in very good condition and location of agencies was very good.
