After online booking of 2 car trips in a foreign country I had to change dates on the first and did over the phone. the help desk lady was fabulous and very helpful - fantastic! Always Wary of 3rd party booking issues, on collection of both cars I was pleasantly surprised that I was in the system and expected, no hassle on either car booking. However the cars were smaller than expected from the photos, the 2nd i booked and expected a focus size and got....a fiesta for 3 people and luggage!! Suggest book bigger model than you expect.

The bookings only supply pick-up/leave addresses and no information on local process. First car drop off a real hassle and a lot of wasted time and hooting from taxis - suggest get clear details from hire firm on process.

The second car was scruffy with jam on dashboard and my wife got dirt marks on her clothes.
