My vacation started out terribly when Sixt car rental refused to accept my debit card unless I purchased their insurance.(I'm fully insured by Allstate) when I called Rentalcars they said they couldn't do anything about that.I had to pay a $100 penalty to Sixt which I understood since I didn't have a credit card & I couldn't do business with Sixt. However,Rental cars assured me they would refund the balance of my fee due to the inconvenience I went through. Ths happened on July 18 & I've not been refunded my fee. At this point it's safe to say I was lied to and that I'll never see that money . Will NEVER use Rentalcars again.
