Rented a 12 seater minivan for 16 day holiday in Orlando. Van was almost new with low mileage and spotlessly clean. I found the wing mirrors very difficult at first,some blind spots at close range over and undertaking. Otherwise the service was good. Added two additional drivers onto the policy,and was told this would cost $60 each. But on final invoice,$190 was charged to my card. Not hapoy about that. Charges were for: Veh lic recoup $13.60,Cust fac charge$12.50,energy recovery$6.00,state surch$34.00, Extension fee $10.00. Was not told about any of these on booking,and still don't know what the extension fee is about,as I collected the van at 17.52 and returned it at 13.56 so was almost 4 hours earlier than needed to be.The initial minivan rental was €925,but the final total was €1101,bit of a difference.
