Friendly, helpful and professional staff; clean, quality low mileage vehicle; ease of process when collecting and returning vehicle. The Alamo staff were genuinely keen to be helpful and to answer any queries to the customer's complete satisfaction and it was a welcome relief not to be pressured into buying additional unnecessary extras, insurances, etc (unlike a couple of other companies I could mention!).
All in all, a smooth, pleasant and satisfying experience hiring a vehicle with Alamo and would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to family, friends or colleagues. Modern business transactions can be stressful and anxious affairs - the Alamo experience was pain free and pleasant from start to finish!
