We have used rentalcars.com many times now. it is very easy and quick to book and we have always been satisfied with the cars we have been given. The prices are lower than when booking direct with the car hire company. The last time we booked a hertz car and received a free upgrade. The staff were very helpful and very quick. The car was very clean. Pick up and drop off were very smooth.
