This is the fourth time we've used Rental Cars and I would happily recommend them and will use them again. The reason for for poorer rating is the car. I picked a Nissan Juke. We were four adults plus four average sized suitcases. The boot is TINY. We could fit only two suitcases and had to travel with the other two in between the two passengers. The car was also sluggish being large with a smallish engine. I would never rent another one but that is my own fault. What I would say is for 2 passengers or maybe 2 and a child it would be fine. But if you need to fit luggage or a buggy it's not happening. The only other thing I would mention is we spent 45 minutes trying to find the drop off address. As its off site and away from the airport itself it really needs to be written down on the documentation.
