Have in the past booked vehicles through travel agents. Whilst looking around at vehicles/prices for upcoming holiday I came across Rentalcars.com and didn't go any further. The prices offered were excellent! I rented an SUV for half the price I have paid for a Sedan in the past, from a reputable company in the USA. The paper work/payment online was done in minutes, follow up emails generated by company were reassuring and helpful, everything was in place at the rental desk and I got the exact vehicle I asked for. I had no problems at all, everything was totally hassle free which is not what I can say about some previous experiences with car hire. More than happy with service.
