The time it took to book the car was minimal. Payment and confirmation were quick. I booked the cheapest car and was given an upgrade by the car hire company, which was wonderful. I wanted to stay a week longer and when I contacted the car hire company directly to do that, I was advised to work through Rentalcars as the direct upgrade would have cost more than hiring again through the website.
