Been booking cars on continent for years and tended to always go for the cheapest - don't we all ? Used RentalCars.com for the first time this year for short trip to Basle, because they were in the ball park with price but liked their offer on insurance cover as well.
Lucky for me as there was a mechanical problem with car - not my fault, but got charged for repair nonetheless. RentalCars.com paid up thanks to my policy.
No quibble, no hassle, no trying to wriggle out of it with, "read the small print".

Brilliant, will use them every time from now on (as long as they are competitive on price) and always take the cover option for peace of mind.
