After a misunderstanding concerning what paperwork was needed by a foreigner hiring a car, we had to hire directly at the car hire firm and pay a second fee. We explained this to Rental cars by e- mail received an e-mail back from them telling us they would look into it for us and 3weeks later we received a refund from them. Couldn't be happier.ourproblemwas resolved efficiently and professionally. For the record if you come into Britainby plane it's your flight number that is required, in our case the hirer came in by ferry and bus he just needed to show them at the car hire booth. Not all of the staff know this in spite of thattheydideverything they could togetus mobile. A very big thank you
