Great car, helpful staff.

The staff at Enterprise are so very helpful and extremely efficient. They take you over the car explaining everything to you.
The car itself was immaculate and the make land model I requested. Unfortunately the day before returning the car, it was hit in a car park. The staff dealt with this on our return, without any hassle. One signature on the claim form and that was it. The staff member even delayed the airport bus and put our luggage on board for us. If you want friendly, efficient staff, with no waiting at the reception desk, then Enterprise is the one to choose.
My only niggle was that on line it said there was an Enterprise kiosk in the airport. This was closed with insufficient detail of where to collect the transfer bus, a bus number would have been helpful, perhaps even a plan of which bus shelter. After a flight you are not always as sharp. Once we overcame this it was plain sailing. Excellent !
