Having used rentalcars.com all over the world to book vehicles, all I can say is I would never think to use anyone else. Once the booking is made, its done and on arrival at your destination you collect your car. It really is that simple. One of the best things is the ease of rate and car type comparison. I usually end up booking a slightly better car than I intend, because you can take your time and choose what you want and not feel pressured. On occassions booking can go slightly wrong in that the car you order isn't the one you get, but I have never had a bad rental.
