Had a small issue with the quality of the car provided the agent acting for RentalCars.com in Thailand. This was handled quickly and effectively by RentalCars leading to a satisfactory resolution.

I like the fact that they made the effort to investigate the issue and came up with a solution that worked for me rather than for the agent.

I will for sure use RentalCars again.
