we had a very good experience with the car hire company. Pick up and drop off were made easy and the car was very clean and already full of petrel. All the staff spoke very good English and were very polite and helpful. The only concern I had was that when picking the car up we were charged £2000 on our credit card (which we were informed of when booking). for the excess in the event of a accident. Fortunately we did not have a accident but they did not refund the £2000 on return and just took our keys from us.they said the £2000 would be refunded automatically within the next few days. I would have felt better having some form of paperwork to say that it was refunded instead of having to wait until my visa bill comes through. Other than that, excellent. Would fully recommend.
