WE had an excellent experience with our Rental Cars.com - Record hire car from Alicante Airport - the Record Staff were very efficient and professional, and our car was ready and waiting for us, with expedient service. During our rental period, we unfortunately had an accident, and returned the car with the accident report the Record Staff at the Airport. They were extremely professional, and as we were fully insured (which we definitely recommend, when you are not used to the frenetic pace of traffic here in Spain and some very erratic drivers!)there were no problems. We were provided with a replacement car immediately and were on our way again. The drop-off at the end of the rental period was very quick and efficient.
We would definitely recommend Record from Rentalcars.com and will be renting from them again in the future.
