I use rentalcars.com all the time but for the first time in the USA and when we arrived we tried to upgrade from the link sent to us which was €7 per day extra but we could not get a connection in Alamo car rentals at the airport so in order to upgrade at the airport Alamo charged us 350 dollars. I was very disappointed with this service as I have upgraded on the day before when the car offered was not suitable and had no problem. rentalcars should review this problem
