Arrived at 245pm--only 1 employee working with 4 people standing in line. Whether you were returning or renting everyone had to stand in line. EVERY single customer was noticably frustrated with this employee (apprarently they had a sick call). (The company should review their video tape.) If you are a local resident you must provide a copy of your insurance (totally understand), a $500 deposit on top of the rental (which is 2 times higher than other rental companies) & your utility bill (which it doesn't state on the website or policy and procedures). We waited 40 minutes before he told us the requirements. Unbelieveable!!!! We went to Advantage where we received a LOWER rate for the same time frame (no reservation by the way) & a $250 deposit. No utility bill, no proof of insurance (though i did share) & a MUCH BETTER attitude from the employee! While we were there a another customer who had been waiting at Payless also came to rent at Advantage as well. NO LIE!!! She will be writing a letter as well describing her experience. Under no circumstance should ANYONE attempt to rent from them---the worst!
