The service from Rentalcars.com was convenient and the price discount was good. The service provider (Europcar) service was also good, but the vehicle was terrible. I understand the concept of "Toyota Hilux or similar" but a Nissan NP300 is not nearly "or similar". It is outdated low technology and although the vehicle only had 31000km on the clock the drive train was allready vibrating wgich made the driving experience frustrating and the vehicle looked tatty with dings and scratches. It did not have a proper diff-lock and I could not use it for what I needed it for. The fuel consumption was also extremely high. I would have liked to know at least 12 hours before pick up what vehicle was allocated to me and in this case I would not have accepted a Nissan NP300!
