Easy to meet the car rental rep at Munich airport, had an immaculate brand new VW Caravelle for us. Although not requested it was kitted out with all-zone climate control, sat nav and an auto gearbox, lovely. Drop off was just as easy even though we ended up being over an hour late due to traffic. Would definitely recommend using, I've already booked my next trip.
