no problems 300km trip-clean Toyota Corulla -except for long queue at Budget car rental desk (provider allocated by rentalcars.com) The usual pages and pages of car rental contract to be signed-you can't posssibly read or comprehend it -just sign if you want the car!
I would recommend an ANNUAL cdw FROM AN INDEPENDANT UK INSURER. it costs less and covers windscreen and 'undercarriage'-often not included in renters contracts. some roads in SA are just gravel tracks especially in national parks
