on our recent visit to Spain we booked a car in advance ready to be collected at Fuengirola. Although the car that was presented at the time of arrival was not what we had hoped , it was certainly suitable for that area. The car was changed the following day. Unfortunately during our two week stay we had two minor accidents but on both occasions the cars were duly changed without question. We had purchased extra Insurance against such incidents and settled our Account prior to returning home. We claimed our damage expenses back from the rental company and received very prompt and courteous service. Well done to all concerned.
