I was looking for a full sized vehicle, and comparing different websites, as we all do.

This one came up the best value (as their advert suggests).

However, when I tried to add on extras (GPS navigation) it looked like it was doing it - but it didn't.
The webpage clearly showed the box was ticked for the navigation system, and I also added an additional driver. When the confirmation came through, the additional driver has been added, but not the GPS.

No wonder it looks like better value - it didn't include everything I requested and therefore I wasn't comparing the correct order with the other website.

I found that very misleading, and unless I can change that today, I will be cancelling my booking and will not use the site again if I can avoid it.

It's misleading and false.
