Rented from Lisbon. We were charged 140eu for a full tank of petrol on a Renault Clio whether we used it or not; this charge was only apparent if you read the small print on the agreement, which you couldn't print out until after you had made the rental. I damaged the car very slightly - I think I hit a kerb, which resulted in a minor scratch to the wheel - for which we were charged a further 75eu, and so far (six weeks later) the Rental Cars insurance has neither paid out nor acknowledged my email. There is no way I can recommend this company.
