quick, efficient, customer oriented, exactly what i have asked (snow tyres, navigation system), competitive prices. i have been particularly pleased by the customer service. i would say that it is normal to receive such service, but it is so rare that it is to be noted. i will definitely use it again and could even be less price oriented consequently.
