Booked via rentalcars website but also rang them on the freephone number to confirm a few things. Collected car from Alamo office in downtown San Francisco. Quick with paperwork even though there was a queue but would have preferred an advisor going round car with me to check it. Car was as requested and quite new. No hard sell of upgrades either which was good. Drop off in Las Vegas very easy. Price was as stated on the website so very pleased.
