Great service. After two hours in Immigration at JFK, it was a relief to speed through car rental process. A very nice gentleman, on seeing how much luggage we had, insisted on upgrading us from a medium size to a larger car without extra charge. The car, a Toyota Camry, was wonderful, very easy on gas and the drop off at E. 12th Street in Manhattan went smoothly. Very polite personnel throughout and excellent service. Would definitely recommend. RentalCars.com were marvellous at finding us the most reasonable rental for our purposes.
