Thrify Car hire at London Heathrow ( booked via Rentalcars.com)

On collection the staff were extremely helpful, although the first attendant had processed the wrong vehicle for us. Which we would not have realised only a second set of paperwork had to be signed. Being attached to the hotel meant full facilities were available if we required them, we were also advised should we return later than expected the concierge would accept the vehicle.

The lady (I think her name was Corinne - Italian heritage) who dealt with us on both pick up/drop off was extremely helpful and friendly enough chat to make you feel welcome and interesting, without intrusion. The whole team were very friendly with such comments on return as 'has two weeks gone already......how was the wedding and your families'. Wonderful to be remembered and met with smiling faces...... Very important and the team achieved it very well.

The complimentary bus service back to the airport was ideal, the driver helped us load/unload our baggage and even directed us to where we needed to go.

Definitely an organisation I would use again. Thank you for the opportunity to highlight them
