“False terms”

Dear rentalcar

This is the first chance I have had to email you since i picked the car up.

When I booked the car, you assured my partner twice, on the phone, that Goldcar would only take a 300 euro deposit on the credit card. This was essential as this is my credit limit, and we would not have made the booking otherwise.

When we arrived, they told their minimum was650 euros, and it had always been that - and therefore that you had lied to us just to get the business. If we had not paid another 124 euros immediately we would have been stranded, unable to get to our holiday destinations, which were already paid for.

I will never be using you again, and will be advising my friends not to do so also, as well as alerting my social media contacts.

You record your calls 'for training purposes'; I wish I had, because I bet you will deny ever giving us wrong information.
