“Car category is not what you think you get at desk”

On website advertised as VW Golf or similar, at desk Herz it appeared we get one class smaller because that is the class we paid for... Complaints not being taken on, we should complain to the broker company putting wrong info on website. Please don't mislead customers and make sure the category advertised is what you get with the rental company. Very dissapointing experience and start of holiday.
